Institute for Immigration Research

IIR Projects

As a producer of original research, the IIR has created a flexible database utilizing information from the Census Bureau's American Community Survey (ACS), allowing for IIR staff to provide academic, policy-makers and the public with time and informative data on immigrants in the U.S. In an effort to continue novel research projects, the IIR coordinated data collection for the IMPRINT Six Cities project resulting in a research grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS).

In addition to this major project, other IIR projects explore a variety of topics related to the economic contributions of immigrants in the U.S. For a complete list of the IIR's projects, follow the links to the left.
