One of the IIR's signature projects, Immigration Data on Demand (iDod), surpassed completing 450 iDod fact sheets since the project began in 2015. iDod provides academics, policymakers, and the public with unbiased and objective information related to immigrants and immigration in the United States.
Since iDod began, a total of 457 iDod fact sheet have been completed, covering all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Nearly half (49%) of those who requested fact sheets work at a non-profit organization or in education. More than half (53%) used the fact sheet for either strategic planning, a professional presentation, or for program or service development. Other uses include immigration advocacy (12%), a publication (9%), or grant application (8%).
The iDod team also provides analysis on immigrants from various countries and regions at different geographic levels, including:
- Central Asian Immigrants
- Immigrant Truck Drivers
- South Sudanese Immigrants in the United States
- International Students in the United States
- Vietnamese Immigrants in the United States
- Asian and Pacific Islander Immigrants in the United States
- Immigrants from Travel Ban Affected Countries
