Understanding the Contributions and Challenges among Fairfax County Residents
In partnership with Fairfax County, the Institute for Immigration Research (IIR) is implementing a mixed methods research project that aims to examine not only Fairfax County residents' positive economic contributions, skill sets, educational background, and community and civic engagement, but also the challenges that residents, particularly immigrants, face in the community.
This project involves conducting a web-based survey, community conversations (focus groups), and semi-structured interviews with residents in Fairfax County.
